"For me. teaching children has allowed me to see the world from a new perspective. Watching their inquisitive and curious minds work as they problem solve, learn, and play has been such a rewarding aspect of this position. There is always something new to share and learn about together.
It is amazing to watch the children's confidence increase through the engaging activities and teachable moments that each day brings. Not only are the students learning and growing, but I am as well! Joining the team at Totally Awesome Childcare has been an easy transition as each staff member truly cares for the well-being and success of each child. With monthly group meeting and frequent staff check ins, I feel supported in creating and implementing fun and safe learning activities to do with the children.
There is always a drive to improve and create the best center possible for the students, which has been evident in the joy and positive strides each student has made since I have started working here!"
