Brightwheel
Parent communication is an important part of our program here at Totally Awesome Childcare & Preschool. Brightwheel allows us to interact with parents throughout the day in real time via a downloadable app on your smart phone. Teachers are able to input information about your child's day quickly and easily using the Brightwheel app. Parents can "check in" on their child by simply clicking on the Brightwheel icon on their smart phone and scrolling through the app. Parents can view daily notes and wellness checks, photo galleries, diaper and toileting progress, nap times, meals and snacks as well as access to their billing account where they can pay tuition right from their phone. Brightwheel also offers an email system that teachers can check from the classroom during the school day. The best part is all the information that is input into Brightwheel is saved and can be accessed at any time.

Through our partnership with CACFP, we offer a comprehensive meal program that includes breakfast, morning and afternoon snacks, lunch, and dinner. This program adheres strictly to federal nutritional guidelines, guaranteeing that your child receives balanced and nourishing meals throughout their time at our center. Our participation in CACFP reflects our dedication to providing high-quality care and promoting healthy eating habits. We understand the importance of proper nutrition in a child's growth and development, and our partnership ensures that your child receives well-rounded, nutritious meals prepared with care.
